Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at “Play at Peace.” If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your toy to notify us of your intent to return an item. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your toy must be unused, in its original state, and in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns on certain types of items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Health and personal care items

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain cases where only partial refunds are issued (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned beyond the 30-day return period.

Processing Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please send us an email at info@playatpeace.com and send your item to 1 Station Sq. Apt 401 Forest Hills, NY 11375.

Gifts

If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Returning Shipping

To return your product, mail it to: 1 Station Sq. Apt 401 Forest Hills, NY 11375.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For those returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
